Grinding, Machining & Polishing
- Grinding
We have Cylindrical Grinders that are capable to handle most parts that come into our shop that need this service. We also have sources that we use that have capabilities to I.D. Grind all different size parts and Surface Grind any part that may need this service.
- Machining
We have lathes that are used for machining parts that come to us and need to have some material taken off so we can perform other operations on them. We do not do any production parts or take on any machining jobs that are outside of our capabilities. We do make small shafts and rods on a case by case basis.
- Polishing
We have two machines designated for polishing on rolls, rods, shafts and cylinders. Parts can be finished anywhere from a 16 rms standard to a superfinish. We also have capabilities to polish large and small Forming rolls and all different types of deflector plates and forming boards.

We understand that time is money; we will repair your parts as quickly as possible without jeopardizing quality. same day p/u available.
Turnaround Times:
We can generally get most of the parts that come in the door back to the customer within 3-4 days.
Special Deliveries:
We do offer overnight and same day turnarounds, but that is taken case by case.
